How to Pick Up and Return?

It’s as easy as '1, 2, 3'.

    With our streamlined ordering system, you will be done with the whole process in a few minutes. Just submit the dates and pickup location with your information.

  • 2. Pick up the pocket wifi unit

    Pick up the ordered pocket wifi at the specified location. Turn the pocket wifi on and connect to it from your smartphone. SSID and password are printed on the pocket wifi device.

  • 3. Return

    To return, just put everything in the prepaid envelope we provide for free and drop it off in any post box in Japan. It’s simple and easy! The return date is the day the package must be placed in a post box.

We deliver to any post office branches including ones that are open 24 hours. When submitting the order form, you can pick a post office near your hotel or any convenient location from Google Maps when ordering.

We can deliver the pocket wifi to the hotel you're staying. You can simply ask the hotel staff for your package at the reception desk when checking in. Please let us know the booking name of the hotel reservation so the staff can identify you.

Office or Residence

Q. How many days in advance should I place my order?

It's recommended to order at least 3 days in advance as there might be some restrictions on pickup locations if it's later than that (you can still order though). It's recommended to order as soon as possible because we might run out of stock in high seasons and the sooner you order, the cheaper your order will be.

If you have a smartphone that is capable of connecting to WiFi then it can work with a pocket wifi. It works with any wifi-enabled smartphones, tablets, and laptops.

Q. How much are the shipping fee and tax?

Q. Can I use Pocket WiFi outside of Japan?

No, our Pocket WiFi devices do not work outside of Japan. You need to make sure the power is off if you have to have it outside Japan, to avoid expensive international roaming fees.

Q. How good is the coverage?
